Plus your travel, hotel and expenses.

We have a group room rate of $119.00 per night for single or double. I will have to make the reservations for you in order to receive our group room rate. Therefore, I will need ASAP, the # of nights you need and a CC # to guarantee your room. Approximately 2 weeks prior the event, I will sent you your hotel confirmation information. Cancellation policy is 48 hrs prior to arrival.
