This is NOT going to be two days of lecture. We will have ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS, BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS, PARTICIPATORY PRESENTATIONS FROM YOUR PEERS ("How I do it"), BREAKOUTS as well as potential OFFICE VISITS and SHARED EXPERIENCES in all areas.
This two day retreat will be the first of 3 meetings with this group each year. Every four months we will all get back together and see what has been implemented by others, what problems we had and how to avoid them. This will be an ongoing forum to KEEP YOUR BUSINESS ON TRACK!
